Prohibited Uses
- Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with our software.
- Disrupting the security or functionality of our services.
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from Truxup.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
4. Payment, Subscription & Refund Policy
- Subscription Plans: Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.
- No Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable, except where required by law.

- All logos, trademarks, software, and content on Truxup are owned by Truxup or licensed to us.

- Users retain ownership of any data uploaded but grant Truxup permission to use it for providing services.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Truxup provides its services “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from the use of our platform.
- Our maximum liability has not exceeded the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

- Any unpaid subscription fees will remain due upon termination.
